  • Broken Metal ICS M4 Lower Receiver

I have currently boken the back bit of my M4 where the stock connects to the lower receiver. It is a clean snap no pieces are missing or chipped off. I am trying to avoid purshasing a new lower receiver, so if anyone has any ideas that would be great!!! Pictures below

Dude any repair other than welding that would be a waste of time. And that is prob more expensive than a new lower / body. Ics do a nylon fibre body thats hard as nails. looks good and not too costly.

You could always stick a metal threaded spring guide in the upper gearbox then use a longer stock screw to attach the stock to the gearbox like a normal AEG. You'd have to undo the stock to split the gearbox but it'd keep it solid

Run it without the stock altogether. I removed the stock on my ICS M4 and replaced it with a butt plate that has a QD Sling swivel, makes it a lot easier to use in CQB.
