Wire and digital trigger

Hi guys I have seen a digital trigger/ switch some where but can't find it
Think I have burnt out my wireing so want to change my trigger mech to a better one
Any ideas would be great

I assume that last word should be MOSFET.

Oh yeah, I don't know why my computer doesn't recognise mosfet as a word, auto correct ay.

It's because it's a technical acronym. "Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor" is a bit of a mouthful.
