Ics sa80a2 help

Right i got a nice ics sa80a2 with star susat, but can you fit the star ugl onto the ics sa80?
I've been told that you cant do it but i wont to know from someone thats try'd to to it.

the star ugl wont fit mainly due to the way the ics handguard fits on with the push button infront of the front sight
