  • Firing problem

    Hi all

    So I have a g&g cqw blowback with a 9.6v 2200mah crane stock bat

As far as I am aware it is original internals and externals

The problem I am having is that when firing on both single and full auto after firing of a few bursts on FA or a few quick shots on single the gun stops firing.

The only way that resolves it is removing mag and putting it back in when I do this about 4/5 bbs fall out of where the mag was.

Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening.

    Thanks

BBs falling out is normal - is the hop rubber/barrel clean?

        Re: Firing problem

when you say it stops firing does it stop while trigger is pulled or does it not fire once you let go of the trigger and try to fire again.

Once I let go of the trigger and then try to fire again

It tends to happen more so when the time between firing letting go of the trigger and firing again is short. Hope that makes sense.

It sounds to me like the gear rotation is stopping on the cut off lever . Have you tried to switch to semi from auto when it happens and to auto when it happens on semi.

that normaly fixes it . the only way to avoid this is to get a mosfet that does a complete gear rotation ( thats if this is the problem)

              Cheers for the feedback mate.

If I switch between semi and auto it doesn't fix it. Only thing that does is removing mag and putting back in.

ok by stop firing do you mean that the motor wont turn or that the motor turns but no bb's come out?

if its the latter try pushing forward on the mag and see what happens

Motor doesn't turn. Like its dead.

I pull the trigger and nothing.

                  Bats fully charged

All works fine until i try pulling the trigger in quick succession a few times.

                    Re: Firing problem

Ok so. I had another little experiment e gun I have allows me to push a button (not sure of the correct gun term for it) which releases pressure. From the spring. After firing on single a few times when the gun stopped responding I push this button it makes a little sound like the gears are moving and I am able to shoot again.

                    Any ideas.
