iv got a strange problem with my ebr it only fires every other trigger pull

I had this with my bolt M4 when I changed the pistol grip, it would wind the motor most of the way first trigger pull, then finish the shot next trigger pull. I simply changed the pistol grip back to the original and it was fine again.
All I can reckonend is finding a new motor as that motor sounds like its had its last day.. Or it's pulling a spring that's too hard for it to do in one pull. Have you recently upgraded the spring internally? Or changed the motor?

I'm presuming you'v taken the gearbox apart, cleaned and re-greased it already?

its all stock internally iv had it apart and cleaned it up
you think that motor sounds like its labouring then?
iv got a meo magnet motor (jg i think) il try that motor in it 1st
