TM M14 to M21

Hi peeps as the title suggests

I'm converting my TM M14 to an M21 and i want to run it at about 400fps

The main thing I'm after is a quick trigger response so I'm after knowing what descent torque up gears there are and air seal items I can get so the spring doesn't have to get that much heavier

A mosfet will be going in as well as a new motor

If there are any other ideas that you guys can think of I'm open to suggestion.

Also I think I've seen the the G&G box has a spring release, is this true and can it fit in a TM shell?
