VFC KAC PDW accuracy issue

I'm all out of ideas to solving an issue I have with my PDW, so hoping someone maybe able to help,

Issue:

Fire the aeg on semi, with a delay in trigger pull every shot is within an acceptable grouping. Fire the again but on full auto every sixth or there abouts shot, goes flying off to the left, that at a range of around thirty feet its missing the target area by about 2 feet (no shotgun jokes thanks!)

I have replaced the following to try and solve:

Tightbore barrel - replaced with standard in both short and long options
Cleaned barrel
New Madbull hop rubber and nub
New air seal / cylinder head

Tightened all outer barrel fixing screws

Anyone got an ideas ?

is the madbull hop up rubber fitted correctly when you look down the barrel because they are very tight, difficult to install and can get bunched up when you slide the hop up chamber on?

has the gearbox been opened up by anyone before?
if you have changed the inner barrels, rubbers etc,and you are confident with your work,then it could be a defective air nozzle....

anyway i have the same gun and its been my primary for over two years,its been upgraded by myself and i have not experienced anything like you, if you live close to me i would be happy to have a look for you.


edit,just reread your post and you mentioned the replaced airseal.....are you referring to the nozzle

Yep hop rubber is fitted correct and I have replaced the nozzle.

The issues only started after playing at catterick in the snow early last year, at first I thought it was down to a warped inner/outer barrel
