  • g&g l85 semi lock up.

    Does anyone know the cure for this. My mate wants to turn his into a dmr so pretty usless without semi. Heard that it needs a 11.1 lipo? V2 piston and normal gear?

    Wahat upgrades can be done to these? Hes not to happy with it ha

      Not to sure to be honest mate hes only just got it. Although I think its gen one as it hasn't got the new high torque motor that I got iny m4

        I've heard that some of the 1st gen G&G's had gearbox issues while being fired on semi.
        I read somewhere that the 11.1 alone, will fix the semi lock up issue.
        But hey, don't know until you try

          I may put my gen 2 high torque motor in to see if that helps

            on my gen 1 my tech fiddled with the cut off lever and replaced motor for high toruge and wire to decent wire and since then with a mosfet and 9.9 LiFe battery its not done it since.
            but putting it to a dmr means there is quite alot of work to get it to that stage.
