AEG low fps help

Hi everyone beginner airsofter here. I've got a CA M16 and is shooting on a low fps at game sites (180 - 220), however when I last went to the nearby airsoft store it suddenly shot up to 360 (chronoed indoors at the store). Now the gun has had a new spring (inserted by the store techs) so that shouldn't be the case and recently the hop up kept turning off (which is now fixed), so I was wondering if you had any ideas/thoughts?

1 - Air Seal
2 - Hopup Being on too much
3 - Shite Chronos (we've all been there)
4 - Different weight beebs (perhaps .28's or something?)
