25 April, 2013, 18:13
Hia guys, im just wondering if anyone has put an ASCU or similar Mosfet inside their G&P MK23? the issues I have is that the box mag auto winding function is wired to the trigger set! and if its possibe to do the same to a drop in ASCU mosfet trigger unit :/
Thanks
Tom

It should be very easy to wire a simple mosfet in - you'll just need to wire the boxmag to the power wires not the signal wires.
What you would need to do if you were going to fit an ASCU or something which does active breaking is fit a second lower power mosfet to drive the winding motor - don't want that getting all sorts of nasty currents from the active breaking.
