    mines jammed. its gay. fired at first, then battery went dead with piston halfway back, now, with a new one, it just clicks. no gearbox action at alll

    Sounds like you may not have put it back together properly. Open it up, test the motor to see if it's powering, then close up the gearbox without the spring or motor inside, and see how easy it is to turn the gears.
