How to remove inner barrel?

I think i have asked this before, but how do you remove the hop up unit from an inner barrel?

Woah, take out the c clip and set your hop to nothing first, then pull slowly and twist as you are doing it. Try and keep the hop chamber upside down to prevent your bucking falling out, thery're a buggar to find.
