unmarex g36 not firing properly HELP

just replaced broken tappet plate but now gun cycles fine but bb's just fall out end of barrel have checked gearbox again everything in place
any ideas as i have none thanks

How so was the tappet plate broken?
A small list of more likely problems that could cause the air loss.
*Air-seal nozzle damage
*Hop bucking damage
*C-Clip on the hop chamber loose (allowing inner barrel to move)
*If you have a ported cylinder was it installed backwards?
*Tappet plate's resting position - some brands have poor QC and some are off spec, if it doesn't seat farther forwards enough you will loose seal.
*Chamber seating - It should be sprung against the front of the gearbox.
