getting into the stock tube/recoil unit on a TM 416

hey folks.

i have got a TM recoil shock 416. but im trying to work out/know what tools or tips any1 has to actually get into it.
i want to change the recoil spring for an after market one as i have upgraded the gun and want the best performance out of it i can.

will upload a picture of it as its not the same as the sopmod/cqb-r
