spring guide upgrade??

hi, i've just installed a systema silent head, but i have left the standard spring guide in there, would it be worth me changing to a better (metal) one?

i'm not sure what difference it would make.

Going to a metal one won't make that much difference.

Fitting one with a bearing may help a little, as it allows the spring to turn easier under compression. If you're not running a high powered spring, it probably isn't going to make enough difference, though, to justify the expense and hassle.

i'm just running the stock spring still so i think i'll leave that alone then.
