lost all power!!!

hey everyone, was using my mp5 when the gears jammed up because of the anti reversal latch, so i stripped it down sorted it out and put it back together but now its cr*p! im only getting like 6m! i have thought about loads of different things but cant figure it out, as the bbs are loading perfect and the gears are all going great, im pretty sure its not the cylinder/piston either. please send me any ideas of what it could be and how to fix.

You may have put your piston head on baqdly/not at all. With that kind of loss, open up your gearbox again and it should be obvious. Check the O ring and make sure the cylinder's in the right way round (port (hole) towards the back).
