g&g m14 spring fps

im looking for 390-400 fps what spring do i need?
are they the same springs used in version 2 gearboxes?
its running about 285 fps on stock spring atm

Not a good question as I have a gg Ebr firing the same so I put a m100 in witch is 350-380 and all air-seals are done and aoe shims and greased but only doing 270 fps ha

make sure the spring is round the right way, sounds stupid i know but i made this mistake before and put the spring in backwards lol

iv got no idea there even was a right way round lol
what fps do these guns usually make stock?
both the spring guide and piston head have bearings on them so that certainly shouldnt be an issue
