ICS M4 Mid Caps

Hi guys,

I have just bought a new ICS M4 RIS from ZO and i want some mid caps for them....

Can you let me know what fit perfectly, so perhaps i can order from places?

Sorry if im being stupid here....but what do mid caps have to do with a RIS??

I guess not a lot, but it was aimed at giving indication to a model number. Do you know what ones will fit?

I use MAG brand in my ICS M4 and they feed really well.

i use G&P and star (l85) mids in my ics
