ICS M4 lower body

Anyone out there know if the ICS M4 lower reciever can be replaced with another reciever which is NOT an ICS jobby.

Reason being ive broken my lower reciever on my ICS M4 anniversary edition, Instead of replacing the lower reciever with another standard ICS one i wonder if i can use a Vltor body or similar.

Any help on this would be good otherwise i might end up selling the M4 in bits.

as long as the gear box fits it will be fine but the ics has a slightly longer lower reciver by about 15-20mm.
