G&G Toptech 418 gearbox shell compatibilty

Would anyone know if i can fit any kind of gearbox shell into a toptech aeg without much issue part from the Blowback piston being there to help charge the charging handle

Any V2 gearbox will fit in the body but if you want the Blow-back you will need to use a G&G pneumatic type gearbox as they are unique to G&G and no other shell has the ability to allow you to mount the smaller cylinder which operates the Blow-back on top of the gearbox shell
