Making an m4 more cqb friendly

As the title suggests, I have a classic army m4, and I'm looking to make it a bit more suitable for cqb, as I find it a bit long. Something like the attached pic would be much more to my taste. Pic of mine as it stands is also attached. (mine first, aim second)
What parts do I need (obviously both inner and outer barrel, but which?) , and where can I find them (classified links appreciated)

10.5" CQB outer barrel, and the correct sized inner barrel, something around the 280mm mark i think, but double check. thats it
