Ive put it all back together and IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!

and dont you mean your anti reversal latch broke not un-jamming rod :S

No, my anti reversal latch is fine, it was the unjamming rod as did a test fit of the piece on the rod and it was a clean fit, so it was defiantly that!!!
