M4 upgraded internals into something else?

My M4 is reaching the end of it's life, but I'd like to keep using my upgraded internals in a different gun.

Are there any guns that use M4/Version 2 internals (especially the hop unit!) that aren't M4s?

Scars, HK416, MP5s (not mp5k) and G3s if I remember correctly
