Calling all G36 owners!

I've got an ARES G36K EBB which I'm very happy with. The upgrade itch has struck, however I'm having some issues.

As I've discovered the GBX is a non-standard V3 therefore the ASCU is out, as is the Spectre. I'm also struggling with finding an upgraded hop, as discussed in a previous thread.

1) Will a standard V3 GBX drop into the body of the ARES without any problems?

2) if so, likewise will a standard replacement metal hop drop in?

3) If the answer to the above questions is 'NO', can someone recommend a suitable base gun that I can use that features stock internals?

heard of it being a bit hit or miss though, best keep the hop up you have already if it works. if it's not broke, don't fix it.
