Re: SYSTEMA question
Probably, they are built for speed. I'd recommend the standard highspeed piston mods (AOE etc).

Re: SYSTEMA question
I would advise againt using that, at least for the unmodified drop in box. They are meant to run with 9.6v packs, Systema pistons are poor enough for high cycles, even very minor piston timing issues will have the back end off regarless of AoE corrections or not, the matierals are simply too brittle to sustain the timing intollerances of really high cycle setups, it's not all that uncommon to see an unmodified drop in turbo box have the piston fail early with the correct battery pack.
With the box being built for use with a 9.6v pack, the spring will have been matched to the intended cycle rate, an 11.1v pack with an almost definately higher drain rate will undoubtedly increase ROF, you would be looking at 35rps+ in most cases, the spring included almost certianly would not return the piston in time during full auto fire.
Swapping the piston out and matching the spring rate to the target cycle rate you will be able to run the pack. A TM piston with AoE corrections will withstand the 11.1v pack, and ideally you would need a spring rated around 150% or M110.
