G&P LMT MRP Disassembly

Hey all,

I have 2 G&P LMT MRP upper receivers with outer barrels. One is in good condition with a long barrel, the other in not so great condition with a short barrel. I'm trying to swap these around, so I have the shorter barrel which I want, on the nicer of the receivers.
On the first upper, I removed the 2 screws on the RHS, gave the barrel a quick tap from a screw driver and it fell out the front.
On the second upper, I did the same as above and nothing happened. I've since hit it harder, used a hammer, heated the outside up, cooled the outside down and still haven't got the 2 apart.

Any ideas?

Hi there, did you get to dissemble it specially taking apart the inner tube from the rail?
