Had the same issue when I started airsoft turned my hop on all the way and bb's would roll out.
Your hop is to much, you will have to lessen the amount of material bewteen your hop up arm and bucking
What hop up is it?

If turn your bucking inside out. Sand of the mound, nice and smooth. Then you have a flat hop...!

maybe too late but i wouldnt sand it off,its designed like that,you should just get a cheap soft instead for a £5-£6 off the bay
