SRC C-Mag Jamming

Hi,

I have a new SRC G36MG and it fires nicely using normal magazines, but when I use the C-Mag it periodically jams. I have taken the cover off and looked inside and a couple of BBs seem to jam the entrance to the winder preventing it from feeding. I can here the winder clicking if I squeeze the pressure switch. If I poke a cocktail stick in and nudge the BB causing the jam then the spring unwinds and the mag starts working again.

Does anybody else suffer from this, and is there an easy fix? Without resolving the issue I don't want to take the C-Mag back into the field as it too unreliable.
