ICS V3 Gearbox problem

Right, I have an ICS AK74 and it was shooting way below useful (around the 150 mark), so I opened up the GB to see what the problem might be.

The problem seemed to be that the timing was WAY off on the gears and so it was only compressing the spring about half way.

timing was sorted and GB re assembled but now the GB won't turn over. All you hear is a click of the trigger mech and then nothing.

Any ideas as to what it might be?

Sorted it. The cylinder head was about .25 of a mm to far forward causing the gears to bind in the edge of the cylinder.
