Cyma m14 socom upgrade help

hi i am looking to upgrade my CYMA M14 socom. i am looking for a barrel maybe a PDI or miracle barrel and many some hop up upgrades but i dont know what. please help advise me on what i should get and if i should get anything else as i am rather new to airsoft.

Prometheus barrel. Guarder clear rubber. Hop works fine out of the box.

Thanks do i need to find a Prometheus barrel the same size as my original barrel or can i cut one down to size?

Cutting down is possible but no picnic, I'd research VERY carefully before going for it. Easier option is go slightly longer and cover the excess with a mock suppressor.

Sure they do a socom length version.

Correct, Prometheus do a 500mm and a 420mm in the M14 hop cut.
