G&G Mp5 sd5 fps issue.
1 June, 2014, 22:04
Hi all,
I have a G&G MP5SD5 that is shooting a little hotter than I would like it. Currently it's 350 bit I need it to be lower than 330 really for my much loved CQB site.
I'm thinking a spring change could be the best bet. If so what make and size?
Cheers

Re: G&G Mp5 sd5 fps issue.
Hi there Den,
A spring is definitely the easiest, single modification that you can do to drop fps.
For under 330 fps then you're probably looking at either an M100 or M90 spring.
I'm running an M110 spring in my M4 and that shoots at around 350 too.
You can also do other modes to the piston, the cylinder, piston head and so on.. but the spring is quickest straight swap.
Hope that helps.
