  • M27 IAR gear box

Hey im in a bad situation atm, i was replacing the pistol grip when one of the screws rounded on me so the only way i could remove it was to hacksaw it.
As i got it off i noticed the plastic shavings had dropped into the gear box all over the gears.
I then took the gearbox apart to clean it and dont know how to put it back ive got one or two pieces still left after i thought i had put it together. i plugged the motor up and battery and it didnt fire just heated up really quick can anyone help me out please on what to do or how to put it back etc.

I'm pretty sure M27s use a V2 gearbox so you'll find the following useful :

You really should shim the gearbox if you've got it open so:

Post images of what you got left and I'll tell you where they go.
