G&P MOE assembly/dissasembly

Hi there
I am about to purchase a g&p moe and I am going to do a few upgrades, could someone point me to an assembly and a disassembly video? I have found one disassembly video on youtube but it is poor quality. Or could someone make a quick video and send it to me?

I don't have a disassembly guide for a G&P MOE, but I have a G&P QRF and a KA MOE and I would of though any M4 [MOE] disassembly guide should be ok.

G&P's are pretty good internals wise (as long as the spur gear doesn't break) and I'd be inclined to not touch it!
