Masada Help!

Hi guys I'm looking to turn my Masada into a dmr and wanted to know if anyone can do it that is based close to Peterborough, Cambs.

What I need is it looking to semi and a new spring to make it as close to 425 dos as possible please any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also if you know anywhere that can do this service and if you have contact details and a rough idea of how much it will cost please also let me know.
