Looking to give both my ares umps a tune up

Hi all im looking to do a full tune up of my umps but don't know where to even start tbh they are both ares and one has a slight feeding issue along with range and the other is very low fps near to no range and seems to have an air pressure problem hense the fps if anyone has any ideas of what to do and where to start maybe even a little tutorial or 2 would be much appreciated :-)

Number 1.

Find out the cause if the issues you are facing. Could be - an air seal, hop rubber, hop nub, nozzle, damaged spring, any number of things.

What is your reason for upgrading?

The reason for upgrading is to hopefully fix the problem of each ump and will open it up and see the ump with low fps has extended barrel and seems to be an upgraded metal hop unit very very stiff tho
