I made a noob mistake!

I left my spring compressed on full setting and didn't fire a shot in semi after full auto before putting the safety on and leaving it for 6 months... Now my spring is totalled!
It's a cheap thing to replace, but just a little warning to new players out there. I was never told that this is a problem until my gun started showing signs of dramatically decreasing FPS.

Re: I made a noob mistake!
Active breaking MOSFET will help prevent this from ever happening again and there pretty cheap some of them... I recently picked up a avacado plug and play MOSFET and installed it into my mp5 and it has improved the consistency of each shot dramatically...and also has a burst feature which is nice... Took 2mins to install into my mp5 aswell ticks all the boxs for me
I'm on here so much I should be a moderator lool

Re: I made a noob mistake!
Simply firing the gun once on single shot will stop this (which you should be doing a few times to ensure its clear of bbs anyways.)
