help with gearbox grease

im about to rebuild my gearbox in my m4 and have had a look for the grease at my local airsoft shop but the dont have any
.
can i use white lithium grease and silicone grease or is it best to buy the systema gear grease and abbeys silicone grease from zone one???
as a mate said i can use abbeys LT2 ??

on the gears i use lithium grease , BUT only on the gears as it is for metal connectin parts ,
for the orings , silicone spray or lube ,

silicone is silicone really, same goes for lithium grease, go to a hardware shop or a certain well know car bits and pedal bike chainstore and get some from there.
same goes for spry, i just buy all mine greasy things from a auto parts shop...or froma greasemonkey if you will heheh :p
back in the game after 12 months away!

Lidl for silicone spray, less than £1 per can.
Motor factors for the lithium grease, don't go to halfords 'cos they charge too much.
