Re: Urgent G&G GR25 DMR help
Do you have a ported or non ported cylinder? How long is the inner barrel? The wrong cylinder/barrel length combo will stop you achieving higher fps regardless of the spring size you have.

Re: Urgent G&G GR25 DMR help
standard barrel being how long?
a Non ported Cylinder will need a relatively long inner barrel as if it has a short inner barrel, by the time the air in the cylinder has been pushed into the barrel the bb will have already left the barrel so the affect of the extra powerful spring won't be realised.
Another issue could be the AOE correction but I doubt it would have that much of an effect.

Re: Urgent G&G GR25 DMR help
Check the teeth on the piston and sector gear. Had my gearbox lock up over and over... So took out the piston and sector gear to see what the mesh was like. My sector gear had an extra tooth! Locking the thing up! Something to check!..

Re: Urgent G&G GR25 DMR help
Gearbox doesnt sound bad when its firing, have you tried using a different hop rubber in it? I had trouble a while back with madbull hop rubbers being too tight a fit causing me to loose like 50fps. That piston looks like it is travelling very far back :S. Also that nozzle have a look see if it is pushing solidly up against the hop rubber sure someone else has already mentioned something similar!
