A&K M60 Mk43 hop up

Is there any way to make the A&K M60 hop up any good?
Seams that the nub dosent push down on the BB like normal but has the nub to one side and pushed down :S.
Do the CA hop chambers have this? or are they like normal hop up units?

Any idea on this would be great.

Also what internals does it take?
I am very tempted to put a systema piston head in to make it sound better :P
