Motor for ICS M4...?

I recently played at GZ for the first time in god knows how long, only to hear my M4 making the most pathetic noise!
I was told by a few guys it needed a new motor but i dont know which one to go for? i've already looked on Z1, but any advice?

The ICS 3000 seems to be running pretty well in my MP5 although there seem to be mixed opinions of them.

G&P 120 again is fairly well spoken of also, particularly for high ROF setups.

Other options include the Marui EG1000 or the Systema motors.

To be honest i'd say that any of the above are good motors but it very much depends on the application i.e. High Power or High ROF.

And try to be careful of the systema motors, I'm sure i've read somewhere that they should really be installed in conjunction with a mosfet due to the high initial load that they demand causing arcing on the trigger contacts.

+1 Great allrounder. I get about 20 rps on an 8.4v battery in my P90 with one and they can easily pull the tougher springs. Not the fastest but I'd say the most manageable.

id usually agree about the tm eg1000, but have recently been let down by one

replaced it with a CA super high torque. its great

easily between SYSTEMA TURBO and MARUI EG1000
both very nice, fast and in all my guns with them in reliable.

Eg1000, yes, Turbo no. Sorry mate but in a stock gun it'll rip up pistons. You'll need to modify you piston with a spacer to correct AOE, as wellm as filind down the second tooth, and make sure there is absolutely no mechanical resistance to get a highspeed running nicely.
