Issues with Kings Arms M4 - dust cover and charging handle.

Hi, so I'm replacing a the charging/cocking handle on my Kings Arms M4. I'm having a few issues.

1. Everything is in place, but it feels a bit loose and doesn't pull anything. It turns out I'm missing something called a "Bolt Carrier Ornament Plate." Any one know where I can get one?
2. In addition, the dust cover is incomplete. I have a replacement one, but can't seem to get the delta ring off the CASV set-up. Any idea on what gives?
