I own one, gives about 323 on average. Depends on air seal, tight-bore barrel etc...

Once you open the gearbox, the airseal could differ upon closing, but in a perfect world...
90 x 3.3 = 297fps - so around 300fps.

As the man says.
The 90 refers to meters per second, so working them out is pretty simple maths.
But, be aware that some guns are very mechanically efficient. G&G M4's have a reputation for having stunningly efficient gearboxes and a certain Scottish retailer is having to cut-down M80 (from memory) springs to get them down to 328.

Sorry for being thick but what does 90x3.3 mean
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.

You take the spring's rating (must be an M spring, like M105 or 105M), which is rated in metres. To convert to feet (ie, FPS), multiply by 3.3 (as there's roughly 3.3feet to a metre).

90 (meters) x 3.3 (feet) converts meters per second into feet per second.
EDIT: Damn ninjas!

Re: Quick Question - once answered please close
lol that’s if they use the m rating idea, personally for my springs it’s just to give it a name on a stock sheet and also people kind of roughly know now what say an m90 will give, product recognition i call it. Then i add the fps rating separately.
M90 needs to be less than 330 that was my only concern then I fit the other spring around that.
