G&G sr25 hi-torque motor length
8 August, 2015, 10:04
Hi,
I've recently got myself a G&G sr25 which I'd like to upgrade to a proper dmr (430 fps). I understand that it has a v2 gearbox but I was looking to get a new hi-torque motor but not sure if it was the long or short version of motor that would fit.
Also would it be useful to upgrade the piston etc as I've heard that they can cope ok with sp130 springs without too much problems?
Any help with this would be appreciated, thanks.

Re: G&G sr25 hi-torque motor length
You need a long version motor.
There is no need to change the piston, but you would be well advised to check, and adjust if necessary, the angle of engagement, as well as checking all the air seals to make sure that the gun is running efficiently.
