A&K Masada RIS CQB Disassembly help!

Hey Guys,

Okay, I have been stumped on this one.

I recently purchased a A&K Masada CQB RIS, now all the videos, literature, guides, everything discusses in fairly good detail how to remove the outer barrel and thus get to the hop unit and inner barrel.

Okay, outer barrel removed. Check
Then I go to remove the hop unit and inner barrel from the outer and I see that on this version of the A&K masada, its not two screws that hold the inner barrel and hop unit inside the outer. The only thing thats visible is a little allen nut on the top of the outer barrel. Nothing else is visible that I can see to remove the inner barrel and hop unit??

Am I going crazy here?

Does anyone else out there have this exact rifle?

Its different to the regular full length version with the polymer hand guard.

Please for all the love help me out.

It's cool, worked it out. The newer A&K Masadas have now included a little spring around the outer barrel to stop the nut from moving around. Once this was removed it allowed the nut to move forward and expose the screws needed to remove the inner barrel and hop!
