Upgrade Help

Hi, I'm pretty new to airsoft. I have gone 4-5 times now and I wanted to do some upgrades to my gun which is an ICS -47 however I don't want to buy parts that obviously won't work with my gun so thought I'd take to the usual fields fourms.

I was thinking of upgrading to a metal hop up as the one that came stock is only plastic however I am really not a fan of the stock ICS hop up so I was wondering what other hop ups will fit in my gun?
I also wanted to upgrade the motor to a high torque motor however not sure which one and wether to get the long or short version.
I thought maybe another possible upgrade could be to upgrade the spring to a M105 to push my gun upto 350fps instead of the 320 it is firing at the moment.

Anyway, any help or advice is very much appreciated.
