Heh ,the cheap clone ones are a pain as the trigger system self destructs at the lightest touch but good quality ones are better ,same with all gearboxes really .

E - plastic v2 gearbox

apart from the 2-piece "just bloomin' stay put you son of 8!tch" trigger mechanism
the v3 gearbox is lovely to work on
quick test with motor, rewire for mosfet externally rather than open her up again
(even tappet plate/nozzle seems to move a little further back n forth allowing bb's to feed a little better than say M4's)

but yeah there are some cheap nasty boxes out there, but if you can get them crappy boxes working
then you will find that decent boxes are easier to work on
