G36 and SL8

I currently have an Ares G36 long with bipod and drum (MG36) but am looking at changing the stock for on from the Ares SL8.
Can anyone tell me if it is just a case of removing my stock and pistol grip and replacing it with one from the SL8?

They're different style receivers the one on the sl8 i s more curved, and thus won't fit, however you can pick up the sl8 (albeit with full auto) for about £130, from Poland. I'm not sure if they re the most accurate copies, but they have the proper style receiver. Pm me if you want a linky
