fps jump after softe bucking

hi guys i have a real sword type 56 -2 the stock bucking in gun was shooting 330fps now i have put a softer bucking in it has jumped 50 fps to 380fps i have short stroked 3 gears and im pushing and m130 inside

is that because the old bucking was to hard ?

any help it would be great thanks
