Mp5 converted to g3/mc51

Hi,

I have a ca mp5, is it possible to easily convert the mp5 to a g3 or mc51.

Is it as simple as swapping the upper reciever?

I've seen it done, but tracking down the parts can be difficult & expensive if your in any kind of hurry, prob better to flog/keep the mp5 & just buy the gun you want.
JG have done some reasonable g3/mc51 models for the money.
