Hey guys,
Im having trouble putting this onto my M4A1.
Could anyone link me to a place where it shows you how to put it on or provide a guide on here.
Thanks, if there are any questions you like to ask then go ahead.

Re: swapping my plastic handguard for a Element M4 RIS Handguard
best bet to do first is remove the plastic hand guards and see if the front sight moves there should be 2 metal pins holding it in place . once this is moved mate measure up the ris handguard and move the front iron sight back so it holds the ris inplace and see if you can re enter the pins back into the holes so it secures it inplace . .
I had the problem once of tryin to fit dboys slot in ris to a tm m4a1 . didnt fit . so i sold the ris kit and got new conversion kit for it .

Re: swapping my plastic handguard for a Element M4 RIS Handguard
hi fella sorry was going to leave a mail when i got up but i was not thinking correct at 5am lol
ok follow these steps to fit the RAS
1, remove the flash hider ( small grub screw )
2, remove the front sight ( small grub screw under the sight and 2 pins )
3, remove the delta ring ( it will turn clock wise if your holding the body and barrel away from you )
all you should be left with now is the outer barrel that will come out of the m4 with ease , leave it fitted
4, place the large ring on the body first and then fit the new delta ring ( should have loads of holes in it ) if you dont have a AR spanner use a large allen key to make it tight ( small end placed in a hole and long end resting on the barrel)
5, place the 2 pins in the holes on the delta ring
6, now put the ras over the barrel so the 2 pins you placed in the delta ring line up with the 2 holes on the ras at the rear
6, start to tighten the large ring on to the RAS till its tight and the ras is solid
now replace your front sight and flash hider
you will also have another problem you will need a battery box or battery sling to run your gun as you dont have room for a battery
hope this helps

isnt that RAS not RIS?
i thought RIS went into the front bit whereas RAS was free floating?
